While we try to keep waiting times to a minimum, emergencies may occasionally disrupt our schedule.  If a significant delay in the doctor’s schedule occurs, his assistant will try to notify you so that you will have the option of rescheduling your appointment or, if it is possible, waiting until the doctor is available.  If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so that we may accommodate other patients.  If no notification is given by the patient, a fee may be assessed. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, it may be necessary to reschedule you, so as not to inconvenience other patients.
